1. The
28th San Roque International Short Fiml week will take place from 6th to the 11th
February 2006 .Open to directors, producers, film societies and cinema schools.
2. Screening format: Super 8 mm., 16 mm. and 35 mm. Mutes or
talked,
If talked, the films must be dubbed
or subtitled in spanish, in exceptional case, films will be admitted which
contain short dialogues as long as their comprehension
is straightforward
Separate sound tracks
won't be accepted by the Festival Organisation.
Films that have entered in previous editions won't be
accepted. 16 mm and
Super 8mm films, may have optic or magnitic sound. Short Films must be no longer than 30 minutes.
3. A maximun of two films per author will be
admited, having been made after
January 1st 2003
4. A selection committee will decide the films going into de competition
beforehand.
5. Selected short films will be include in the International
Short Films Week catalogue and will be shown at public
performances, lasting a maximun of 14 hours.
Authors will be invited, from Friday 10th to the closing
session, expenses will
be payd by the
organisation. (Acomodation and meals)
6. Commercials and films using over 50% non-original material will be
disqualified.
7. Shor Films wil be returned to the addres appearing on the entry form
wisthin 20 days after the festival's closing date.
ENTRY
8. A filled in entry form, a copy of the film in video
VHS, PAL or NTSC or DVD-PAL format plus two photographs from the film must be sent before December
10th 2005, to the following address:

JURY
9. The jury will be made up of three members related to the cinema
and cultural world. Its decision will be final.

Prizes
may remain unawarded, likewise other prizes not mentioned above may also

Prizes are subject to the tax laws (IRPF)
OTHERS 11.
Films postal expenses will be paid by the participants. Returning cost
by the Organisation.
Copies will be returned through a courier chosen by
the Festival Organisation. If you wish to use a different courier firm,
the cost will be covered by the owner of the film.
12. Organisation will not be made responsible for any accident or damage
to films although films will be handed in with care and by qualified professionals

14. Participants are obliged to accept these rules, in addition to any
ather resolution made by the Organisation.
Entry form will be signed.
15. The language of the festival is Spanish.These rules are published in English and
Spanish, if in doubt, Spanish
version prevails.
